It’s hard to get information out of Iran. The team makes a big splash at international competitions, but behind-the-scenes footage doesn’t come out consistently, and little is known about how they develop their athletes.
We spoke with their strength & conditioning specialist, Mahdi Cheraghi, and got a few tidbits of information.
