As we have stock across the world shipping times can vary. Please read the information below specific to the country you wish to order to, so we can give you the most accurate information.
*Christmas final order dates are not guaranteed. They are based on the courier's advice and assume your order ships from the UK with minimal disruption. Please check at checkout where your order ships from.

USA
We have stock in multiple locations in the USA, so how long your order takes to arrive depends exactly what you've ordered and which state you live in. All stock for USA orders is shipped from within the USA, apart from '90s and House 2s items which ship from the UK.
Most products will dispatch and arrive quickly - sometimes next day but they can take 5 working days to arrive depending which state you live in. Any '90s or House 2s clothing items ship from the UK, so expect 5-10 working days.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from separate locations as they are available. For example, accessories with a '90s items: the accessories could arrive a week before the '90s items. Please be aware you may get multiple parcels for one order. In this case you will be sent multiple tracking numbers.
If you have any concerns about receiving multiple packages please reach out to us before ordering. Similarly, if you are concerned where the item will be shipping from, please ask before ordering.
UK
All stock for UK orders is shipped from within the UK, from a single UK warehouse.
Most products will dispatch and arrive quickly - sometimes next day but they can take 5 working days to arrive depending on your location.
As we have one UK warehouse you should receive all items in one package. If for any reason we have to separate your order, you will be provided with all tracking numbers.
EU
This excludes Switzerland and Norway. Please see the separate information.
We have stock in multiple locations in the EU, so how long your order takes to arrive depends exactly what you've ordered and which EU country you live in.
We are temporarily fulfilling many EU orders from the UK. You will be told at checkout if your order is shipping from the UK. You are charged VAT in the price of the products. We will cover any customs bills you receive, though orders under €150 should not be stopped at customs.
Most products will dispatch and arrive quickly - sometimes next day but they can take 10 working days to arrive depending which country you live in (Germany and neighbouring countries have the quickest delivery times).
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from separate locations as they are available. For example, a rucksack with '90s items: the rucksack could be sent from the EU and the '90s items will come from the UK. Please be aware you may get multiple parcels for one order. In this case you will be sent multiple tracking numbers.

Norway & Switzerland
This excludes EU countries and is only meant for customers in Norway and Switzerland. Please see the separate information if you are in the EU.
We currently fulfil orders for Norway and Switzerland from our UK warehouse. You may be charged at customs when your order enters your country, so please check before ordering.
Most products will dispatch and arrive quickly - usually taking 5-14 working days to arrive from order date.

Australia
Most of our Australia orders are now fulfilled by our UK warehouse. Please be aware this will affect shipping times and means any returns (eg, for wrong size) will need to be sent to the UK. We do not cover the cost for returns.
Orders will dispatch next working day and can be expected to take 5-14 working days to arrive depending on your location.

Canada
CANADA POSTAL STRIKES - Due to the current delays, we are shipping with TNT for the foreseeable future. This increases shipping costs but means your order should not get stuck anywhere.
Most of our Canada orders are now fulfilled by our UK warehouse. Please be aware this will affect shipping times and means any returns (eg, for wrong size) will need to be sent to the UK. We do not cover the cost for returns.
You may also incur customs costs on items shipping from the UK. This varies depending on the type of product. Please check before you purchase.

I don't have any tracking for one or more of my items, where are they?
If it has been longer than the expected dispatch time and you have not had an email from us with tracking information then please contact us and we'll be able to get this to you.
My tracking has stopped updating, is returning to sender, or requires more delivery information - what should I do?
