Knee Sleeves Size Guide

  1. Measure the circumference of your knee joint with a straight leg. Make sure to measure around the center of your patellar (knee cap).
  2. You should also measure the circumference of your calf at its largest point. If your calves are larger than your knee then size up.
  3. Finally, measure around your quad, 5cm up from the top your knee cap. If your knee measurement is near the upper boundary and your quads are 10cm or more larger than your knee then size up.

Your knee measurement may fit within more than one size. All sizes will feel tight and strong, however based on your preference to the tightness of the knee sleeves you can select which size will be most preferable to you. If your calves and/or quads are relatively large in comparison to your knee measurement we recommend you select the larger of the two sizes.
