    This is a great read. At the time I read it, I had just finished several other fundamental weightlifting books (Takano, Everett), and this one stood out to me as the best among them. Very enjoyable and insightful.

    This book is incredible. Hands down the best, most easily digestible weightlifting book I've ever read. As a weightlifter that watched the old daily and weekly MDUSA videos, I cant help but read parts of this book in Glenn's voice. Seb, truly appreciate the work you've done to put this all together. I'm 10 years in the sport of weightlifting and still learned new things from this book, I couldn't reccomend it more!

    Brilliant read. After a few years of not reading ( been far too busy) I decided to start reading this book. Its by far my favourite that i've read in a good while!! As a lifter myself, it was interesting to know how / why methods works and Glenn came to the conclusion of them. My other fear when I first picked this book up was that i wouldn't understand any of the terms/ references ect, but Seb did a fantastic job making it simple for dummies like myself. Once again, a brilliant book and I would 100% recommend :)
